Drinking Water USA are defined in 49 CFR 195.6. PHMSA's Drinking Water USA data are only available to hazardous liquid pipeline operators for use in formulating their Integrity Management plans. These data are for informational purposes only and are one information resource operators can consider when identifying areas that meet the definitions in 49 CFR 195.6. All verification inquires or questions about USA data distributed by PHMSA should be directed to the organizations which produce/source the data.
